A book that I have enjoyed and parrallels the E-Myth point of view regarding how to get your employees involved is; "Getting them to give a Damn (How to get your front line to care about your bottom line)," written by Eric Chester. Very interesting and especially helpful with dealing with the newest workfoce, generation Y.
