In our continuing commitment to extraordinary client service, E-Myth Worldwide conducted a second annual survey to definitively quantify the impact of our E-Myth Mastery Program on our clients' business performance and personal goals.

The 2005 survey results are in, and they are nothing short of astounding! We discovered that participation in the E-Myth Mastery Program unquestionably produces significant, quantifiable business growth and enhanced quality of life.

Objectives of the survey were to:

• Gather quantitative data about business and personal results experienced as a result of participation in the Mastery Program
• Gain a more extensive understanding of the issues most critical to the ongoing success of small business owners
• Assess the impact of client profile and program changes that occurred in 2005 as a direct result of the 2004 client survey comments and feedback.

Survey methodology

The survey was distributed and the results compiled through an online research tool, Zoomerang.com, a product of MarketTools, Inc. Survey respondents reflect a representative sampling of E-Myth's active Mastery client base. Results are statistically significant with a margin or error of ± 3%.

The following results clearly demonstrate the importance and impact of the E-Myth Mastery Program on clients' businesses and lives:

The majority of small business entrepreneurs who typify E-Myth Mastery survey respondents:

• Own businesses that generate $500K to $2.6 million in annual revenue
• Employ 4 - 22 people
• Have been in business for more than 10 years
• Serve in virtually every type of industry

850% annual return on E-Myth Mastery

Based on the survey results, the average client experienced an:

• 850% annual return for fiscal year 2005, measured by net after tax profit improvement, relative to an annual investment in Mastery. This represents a 47% increase over the 579% ROI that clients achieved in 2004.

Improved work-life balance

• 85% of responding clients indicated that E-Myth's Mastery Coaching Program also had a significant impact on realizing their personal goals (such as increased compensation, net worth, quality of life, or free time).

Achieved financial goals

• 79% of clients believe that the E-Myth Mastery™ Program made a significant impact on achieving their 2005 business goals in key financial areas (including increased sales, net profits, cash flow, or market value).

Realized business goals

• 51% of responding clients achieved 25% or greater improvement in their business results, relative to their #1 stated business goal for 2005.
