It is designed for up to four executives in companies, with annual revenues over $3 million and an established management team.

Program Design

Corporate Mastery is a three-stage business development program comprised of over 200 E-Myth business processes. Each stage presents the tools, techniques, systems and templates of the Seven Centers of Management Attention™ business model at increasing levels of sophistication and complexity.

Stage 1: Getting Your House in Order

Learn how to apply the E-Myth fundamentals to create order in your business and to build a turnkey system that works.

Stage 2: Growing Your Business

Now that you have your business working for you, rather than because of you, the operative word becomes: GROW! With growth comes the opportunity for new systems development and implementation. Expand your current operation or take your "franchise prototype" and replicate it as many times as you like.

Stage 3: Getting Free of Your Business

What will personal and financial freedom mean for you? How do you get there from here? Imagine a business that works without you, freeing you to do the work you want to do, rather than the work you have to do. That’s the E-Myth way.

Your Coach

A total of four participants from your senior-level leadership team (you have the option to change participants as appropriate throughout the program) will meet with your personal coach in three, 90-minute telephone meetings per month.

From the moment you start Corporate Mastery, your coach will be your mentor, confidant and champion — working with you and your team to redesign the daily process of conducting business. Your coach will equip you with the vital new skills, knowledge and tools you need for consistent progress and growth.
