The Mastery Impact! program is a 12-month, comprehensive business development program that helps you create a world-class business — a turn-key money machine. With the guidance of your E-Myth Business Coach, you will develop the fundamental business systems to increase revenues and profits, reduce chaos, improve efficiency and most of all create a business that doesn't rely on you.

You'll be amazed at the difference the Mastery Impact! program will have on your beliefs, attitudes and opinions not only about how you spend your time, but about management, people and your day-to-day responsibilities.

Program Design

Mastery Impact! will give you everything you need to move step-by-step through the paces of building a world-class business. Think of it as a long-distance, working-persons MBA. The only thing you need to bring to our program is your desire to improve.

The core program is organized into three tracks comprised of 32 process booklets
Each process booklet is based on E-Myth's Seven Centers of Management Attention™ model, and contains the tools, techniques, systems and templates you need to build a world-class company
You will meet with your personal business coach by phone, for one hour, three times a month to focus on the implementation of the essential business systems

Your Coach

From the moment you start Mastery Impact! your coach will be your mentor, confidant and champion — working with you to redesign the daily process of conducting business.
